What This Warranty Covers

For a period of two (2) years, Posh Painting LLC warrants that all workmanship performed will be free from defects caused by improper surface preparation or paint application. Covered workmanship-related issues include, but are not limited to:

• Peeling
• Blistering
• Chipping
• Failure of coatings directly attributable to our labor
• Visible defects resulting from improper application by Posh Painting LLC

If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period as a direct result of our workmanship, Posh Painting LLC will, at its discretion:

• Repair the affected area(s), or
• Repaint the affected area(s)

All approved warranty repairs will be completed at no labor cost to the client.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This workmanship warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Structural movement, expansion, contraction, or settling
• Water intrusion, leaks, moisture, humidity issues, or vapor transmission
• Mold or mildew
• Acts of nature (including storms, flooding, fire, or extreme weather)
• Pre-existing surface or substrate conditions beyond our control
• Failure of previously applied coatings not installed by Posh Painting LLC
• Damage caused by third parties, pets, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Work performed by others or areas not included in the original contract
• Cosmetic touch-ups unrelated to workmanship defects

Paint & Material Warranties

Paints and coating materials are covered separately by the manufacturer’s warranty, including the Sherwin-Williams Limited Lifetime Warranty where applicable. Posh Painting LLC does not manufacture these products and cannot alter or extend manufacturer warranties.

Client Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, the client agrees to:

• Maintain the property in a reasonable manner
• Promptly notify Posh Painting LLC in writing of any warranty-related concerns within the two-year period
• Allow Posh Painting LLC reasonable access to inspect and perform approved warranty repairs

Failure to meet these responsibilities may void this warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

• Notify Posh Painting LLC in writing within the two-year warranty period
• Provide a description of the issue and photos, if available
• Allow Posh Painting LLC to inspect the affected area(s)
• Posh Painting LLC reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility after inspection.

Warranty Limitations

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client and original property
• Warranty repairs do not extend or renew the original warranty period
• This warranty is limited to labor only and does not include reimbursement for alternative repairs or services performed by others
• Coverage applies only to work explicitly outlined in the original contract

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The PoshCare™ Guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not replace, any rights afforded to clients under applicable law.
